What OSSCRM is
OSSCRM is a software tool. It automates parts of a sales process you define. It does not supply leads, does not guarantee results, and does not send email on your behalf from our own infrastructure.
Your email provider, your responsibility
Campaign email is sent through a provider account you register and control — Brevo, Amazon SES, Netcore or your own SMTP. The sending domain, the content of the messages, and compliance with that provider's terms and with applicable law are yours. Most bulk providers prohibit scraped or purchased contact lists in their terms; using one through OSSCRM does not change that, and the consequence falls on your account.
Acceptable use
Do not use OSSCRM to send unlawful, deceptive or harassing messages, to contact people who have asked you not to, or to evade an unsubscribe. Every campaign email OSSCRM prepares carries a working one-click unsubscribe, and suppression is permanent.
Billing
A monthly plan fee plus a per-click charge for prospects who open your tracked links. Invoices are issued on the 1st for the previous month. Nothing is auto-debited. Unpaid invoices pause sending; your data remains accessible.
Your licence to use it
Your subscription is a licence to USE the platform for your own sales. It does not transfer ownership of the software, and it does not permit reselling access, re-branding it as your own product, or reverse-engineering it. Your data stays yours throughout: export it whenever you like, and we delete it on request.
Liability
The service is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
